Senior Management
Rev. Lin served as Chinese ministry leader since 1990, and administrative director of Back to God Ministries International since 2006. He agreed to serve as Interim Director until a permanent director can be appointed to replace Rev. Bob Heerspink, who passed away on October 1, 2011, following a battle with cancer.
Rev. Lin was born in Hong Kong and received his theological training at Westminster and Princeton Theological Seminaries. He previously pastored the Hop Yat Church in Hong Kong. Jimmy and his wife, Doris, have two sons. Doris has also been active in the ministry, including as a translator of the Chinese Today devotional.
In addition to overseeing our ten international ministries, he continues to give leadership to Back to God Ministries Chinese media outreach.
Terry has served in various capacities at Back to God Ministries International since the early 1970s. He has seen the ministry grow from six languages to a multi-media ministry that reaches around the globe. In addition to serving as Chief Operating Officer, Terry takes on special projects that help BTGMI pursue new opportunities for media witness.
Born and raised in northwest Iowa, Terry attended Dordt College and received an accounting certificate from Nettleton Commercial College. In his spare time, Terry enjoys tackling home improvement projects and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Jack has served at Back to God Ministries International as major gift, planned gift and capital gift officer. He has served in his current leadership role since 2005 and is blessed with a staff of nine development professionals that truly help people make wise stewardship decisions.
Before coming to BTGMI, Jack served as a teacher-coach and director of development for Central Wisconsin Christian Schools and Vice President of Advancement for Elim Christian Services. He holds a Master’s degree in Philanthropy and Development from Saint Mary’s University in Winona, MN. He has served as stewardship planning consultant for numerous schools, churches and individuals. In his spare time, he and his wife have served as youth leaders in their church for many years.
