Hans Mulder

Hans joined the advancement team of Back to God Ministries International in 1996. He serves in the areas of major gift planning and donor development in Canada. Hans has always been passionate about being involved in worldwide ministry and the use of media to gain the world for Christ.

Before becoming involved with Back to God Ministries Hans owned and operated a successful retail and wholesale business for 16 years.

Hans was educated in the Netherlands and finished his training in psychology before moving to Canada. He is married and has three sons and three grandchildren.

Courtney (Schutt) Jacob

Courtney has served Back to God Ministries International in writing and production capacities since graduating from Calvin College with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication in 2006. She currently produces the Groundwork program, in partnership with Words of Hope, and writes for Spotlight. In the past, she also edited and produced The Back to God Hour flagship radio program.

She received her Masters of Divinity from Northern Seminary in 2011.  When she has free time, she also enjoys running and playing flute in community groups.

Rev. Guillermo Serrano

Rev. Guillermo Serrano was born and raised in a Roman Catholic family in Chile. He embraced the Reformed faith after attending a Protestant crusade and joining a local Presbyterian youth group. He went on to attend seminary in Chile and Spain, eventually being called to serve the Good Samaritan Christian Reformed Church in Miami.

Rev. Serrano has been the Spanish voice of Back to God Ministries International since 1991. He produces radio and TV programs, oversees follow-up, production of literature, and ministry websites. Rev. Serrano also works with radio station personnel in many parts of Latin America, providing technical training in exchange for free air time.

Rev. Sergei Sosedkin

As a young Muscovite growing up in an atheistic culture, Sergei Sosedkin came to know Jesus through Christian programming on short wave radio. Included in the broadcasts he heard was a Russian language translation of The Back to God Hour radio program!

Through an amazing journey the Lord led Rev. Sosedkin to become the Russian ministry leader for Back to God Ministries International. He divides his time between Russia and the United States. Today, Rev. Sosedkin's radio messages are broadcast over stations reaching across Europe, central Asia, and North America. Additionally, these messages are published in various Russian Christian magazines and newspapers.

Karla Soule

Karla has worked for Back to God Ministries International since 2006. She handles church advancement along with donor development. Communicating the mission of the Back to God ministry is one aspect that requires her attention. "While much has changed since Back to God Ministries International was established in 1939, our commitment to our mission has remained a constant. I am inspired and humbled to be a part of this ministry, where the Good News of Jesus Christ is proclaimed around the world."

Jack Strong

Jack has served at Back to God Ministries International as major gift, planned gift and capital gift officer. He has served in his current leadership role since 2005 and is blessed with a staff of nine development professionals that truly help people make wise stewardship decisions.

Before coming to BTGMI, Jack served as a teacher-coach and director of development for Central Wisconsin Christian Schools and Vice President of Advancement for Elim Christian Services. He holds a Master’s degree in Philanthropy and Development from Saint Mary’s University in Winona, MN. He has served as stewardship planning consultant for numerous schools, churches and individuals. In his spare time, he and his wife have served as youth leaders in their church for many years.

David Trout

Dave has a passion for ministry through media. His own spiritual life grew during his pivotal teenage years through listening to the music and announcer on a local Christian radio station. That birthed a desire to be on the giving end of media ministry. From 1994 until 2007 Dave carried out that desire by working at several Christian radio stations in the Chicago area.

Dave joined the ReFrame Media team at Back to God Ministries International in 2007 as the Marketing Manager. In 2008, he helped launch a new ReFrame Media program Under The Radar, which features the best in under-appreciated Christian music. Currently he produces and hosts that program. Dave, his wife Laura, and three children reside in Oak Lawn, IL.
